1. What kind of raw material do you use?

• Most of our products are made of rattan and other alternative raw material such as Wood, Water hyacinth, Banana leaf, Abaca and leather which are woven on rattan or wooden frame.

2. What product types do you produce?

• We produce Living Sets, Dining Sets & Accessories in Fully Set Up, Full Knock Down & Stackable system.

3. What is the production lead time?

• The production time depends on the complexity of each order and the payment. Normally the delivery time is 6 – 8 weeks after confirmed order. Large order could be longer.

4. What is the minimum order we can purchase?

• 1x20’ is our preferred minimum purchase order. Mixed items is allowed (3-4 models/container).

5.  What is the payment terms?

• Our price based on FOB Semarang Port. Payment could be made in US Dollar or Rupiah. Please inform us before & after sending any payment to our bank account.We give following options for payment:

  1. T/T :

  • 40% Down payment transferred before production.
  • Balance payment transferred after shipment (payment against documents).

  2. Irrevocable Sight L/C

6.  Do you show price list on your website?

• No, we will give you separately based on request.

7. How can I place order as a new customer?

• You can place orders through the internet or contact us by phone, fax or email

8.  Can I find all products from the web?

• We have hundreds collections on the total product range. The products shown on our website represent only some of our most popular collections.

9.  Where are the products manufactured?

• All of our products are manufactured in our factory. We have R&D department to make our unique designs.

10. How is the packing of all products?

• We usually use Corrugated paper (with label outside the packing) to wrap the items. Sometime we use Carton Box for items with special requirements. Any full knock-down items will be provided with easy-understanding assembly instruction.

11.  How do you control the product quality?

• We have QC system on every division to check the quality during & after the manufacturing process. Starting from sorting raw material -> framing -> binding -> decoration -> sanding -> finishing -> packing -> loading into containers.

12. Can you manufacture my personal designs?

• Yes for sure, we are able to manufacture your own design as long as you fulfill our minimum order volume. Give us the designs or the sketch with the detailed information then we will help you with high confidentiality.

13. How do you handle complaints?

• Please send us the detailed information about the complaints then we will give you the best solutions.
